I attempted to download Kirbys Return to dream land delux several times earlier and have been told that it is unable to start the software each time, i updated my sig patches to the most recent available im prety sure and still the same thing. i use hekatae and recently updated to the latest version, idk if that matters or not but i figured i would say it now. any help is very apreciated because me and my gf were looking forward to playing it.

Try to download latest sigpatches from here: https://cfw.pw/sigpatches (Extract to your sdcard. select "yes" for overwriting any files and merging folders)
Reboot, and try game
If game still can't start
Try to boot "fusee.bin" that come alongside atmosphere "version" you "use". , instead of hekate.
Then delete game and reinstall it with DBI or Tinfoil
