My son accidentally removed the sd card from switch while playing (sd cover for switch is broken). He let me know and the error message said switch needs to turn off. After I turned it off it wont come back on. It is charged. I tried holding the power button. Nothing. I was running sx os. Any suggestions on what to do?

put SD back in.
most likely your switch is in autoRCM
so you will need to plug your NS to your computer
And run tegraRCM
turn the switch on and send the payload with tegraRCM
done deal
