Retail pkg theme permanent working.

extract and open psDLC4.exe
search for you ps4 theme retail pkg, I can't post the link where I found some PKG
copy the CUSAxxxxx of the theme that you downloaded on the psDLC4 app
click on "get DLC list"
chose the same theme you downloaded and click on "create FPKG"
install license
install retail pkg
and active your theme

it works (lock erased) but its say you need update the game and you cant play it

thank you, it worked all, remembering it has to be original theme to apply fix that is permanent theme. If someone has more original link theme leave the link
