Question about rebuilding a PS4 on 5.05

I have a 5.05 PS4 slim that I purchased second hand some time ago. It wasn't well cared for and is in poor physical condition. It works perfectly and I've been using it for a few months now with no issue but I hate how scratched up it is. I recently won a PS4 slim and I want to use parts from the new one as donor parts to rebuild the 5.05 one so that it's pristine. What parts of the old one do I need to keep intact to keep it 5.05? Is it just the motherboard and processor? Also I know some people will think this is a waste but it's what I want to do.

Careful about mixing and matching parts. There are multiple models of PS4 slim available (CUH-20XX - CU-21XX - CUH-22XX)

Parts are not always cross compatible. Even the case may not work properly for different motherboard revisions.

Plus the bluray drive is married to the motherboard so you can't swap those either.

Might be better just to clean your existing console. Many people also like to have one 5.05 PS4 and one online PS4.

I already have an online PS4 slim as well. I have 3 in total. The top and bottom cases are all interchangeable on all models of the slim. I guess I only really need the cases swapped but the shiny bezel is scratched up on the 5.05 one as well and since that's the part everything is mounted to I figured it would be easier to just swap almost everything while they were stripped down to that point so that it had all new parts. But I guess I'll avoid the risk and just swap the top and bottom cases and call it a day. Thanks!

It turns out that my online PS4 slim is the same model as the 5.05. SO I'll make the new one my online one and swap parts from the other. Then I'll sell the Frankenstein one lol
