how can you shut down ps4,so files doesn't get corrupt,except unplug and turn off from settings ?

no,I'm not asking that,I plugged my ps4 to tv where it doesn't show screen,because of tv problems and I wanted to shut it down safe,avoiding to pull power cord

You should clearly explain yourself better... next time.
You can use the power button to shutdown the PS4 if you have no video signal for whatever reason. It will perform the same shutdown as you would do via settings or PS menu.
Press and hold the power button for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).

thanks,by the way,I just tried to jailbreak my ps4,it didn't shut down,but it doesn't show succes as well,so what should I do,it's just loading,since I pressed HEN

When success is shown press the Options button and then select "Close window" in the right menu. Then you can go back normally from settings to where you want to go.

I have unfortunately never experienced such a glitch when running HEN. Try abort it, restart the console and try again.

Great. Sometimes a reboot of the console can help against certain temporary issues (temporary because they're gone after a reboot).
