Hello, I have a question. I had a jaibroken ps4 . I changed my hard drive. I restored what I could from a backup. I installed some fpkgs. Today , months later , I checked my account from psn app. I realised that my psn account was tied to the console the whole time. I thought I logged out. I saw some of the games in "games you've played". Are they going to ban my account or something ? I didn't play online or anything. I'm scared

in order to connect to PSN you need to be on latest firmware 9.03. if you arent console will ask you to update before you can even connect to PSN
in order to jailbreak you need to be 9.0 and below. If you changed DNS before going online when you jail broke it. you blocked sonys servers.
unlink account and carry on you should be fine.

I'm on 5.05 . I didn't play online, but the games synced with my account. I'm usually offline with the dns that's blocking sony's servers, but I changed it to wired connection, to move some games through ftp and this happened. It was sometime around 6 months ago or more

It sounds like you'll be fine sony isnt gonna hunt you down and ban you. If your logged into PSN is the only way it can detect you even exist on the servers since your using a DNS blocker if you are somehow logged into PSN then your ps4 cannot possibly be jailbroken.
