I've been using my PSN primary account with purchased items for about 8 years and have never been banned. Never used cheats or modifications, but you can use trophy/trophies to gain platinum unlocker must have real-time random then you won't get banned, however you can get banned for all times same in trophies or false times by the leaderboards site, but not PSN, Sony doesn't care about trophies/trophy.

PsNinja is outdated, but its not patched, actually if you only activate the first three options the risk is not higher, it does clear the temporary files like Sen Enabler. Still using it never banned. But I recommend to go online on your Ps4 after using Ps3 Online because it clears Sony's Session Log.

I have myself confirmed, One dummy account was banned from 2016 with using PSNinja v4 and PSNPatch. Looks like PSNinja v4 was outdated and no clue. Sony has banned our account without reason and no lift. They didn't ban our private CID and PSID. Then I've made a new one dummy account and different username & email using SEN Enabler or WebMAN MOD (VSH) and PSNPatch then test it. No banned have been more than 6 months. Still working. I recommend you not to use PSNinja v4.

How I did get banned?

1. We never talk to everyone about the hacking, mod menu, selling. They would report our message possibly.
2. We never mistake a login from CFW, Before disables syscall CFW changed to OFW mode after clear history then login PSN.
3. We never to everything mod menu or cheats on GTA V, Black Ops 2 in public/quick match.
4. (Auto-login) is currently disabled on PSN.
5. When PS3 CFW turn on/off from enabled internet connection. (2nd dummy account) still works same this.

If you use on PSNinja v4 = banhammer your PSN.

Hm ok, but seems like it depends on the console, because I cant go online with Sen Enabler just with other ways. I only know from experience, if you only use the neccesary gadgets for being online out of Modmenus and all other things, they do not spot you. Actually my Console was Cex and however I changed to Dex in the wrong way, and my console is mixed with both now. I guess they cant clear read mine so I never get banned... But depends on if you have installed hacked games or other apps they detect the Signature.
