Hi, I have recently had to reinstall Atmosphere CFW I have it all working now, the switch is on 9.1. I have all the games working and all that but I can't get the pro controller to connect now. Any Ideas?
Pro Controller Not Working With Latest Atmosphere CFW

I probably can't help too much, but a couple questions.
1) Does the pro controller link up and you are able to navigate the user Interface (UI) just fine using the pro controller?
2) Did you have the pro controller working with games in Atmosphere previously?
3) Do the regular joycons work fine in these games?
4) Do you have any legit games you can try with the pro controller? Maybe borrow a cart from a friend or something?

So I mean I haven't tried just navigating the menu with it. I will give this a go,
although it was working with atmosphere before hand so I'm not quite sure what has happened since then. Admittedly I don't actually have any legit games to try it with although i do know some people that do that I could try it with

the easiest way is to
Dock your NS,
then connect your
pro controller to the USB
and you are done.
the sync will take place automatically and when you disconnect the controller it will work wirelessly

Sounds to me like the controller just got desynced from the Switch. Do you have the original USB C cable? You should be able to sync it back up and test it in the menu.
Hi, so i have no tried, doing it from the main menu. It does seem to remmeber thst it has been connected befroe but doesnt want to connect to it. So then i tried connecting via usbc admitidly not the original but it doesnt seem to anything at all. The lights come on to say uts charging when i plug it into the wall so i feel like the controller still works as there were no issues before hand. So im stuck now im not sure what to do.
Do you think it could be anythung to do with the homebrew itself ?

no, not homebrew doing anything. it shouldnt
are you even using a legitimate controller ?

ahh perfect, yeah is is a third party controller, ill try this later and get back to you
