hi, i hope i posted in the correct subforum.
i looked for help section but cant find one. dont hit me death , im a new user :)
ok,so i have bought a jailbroken ps4.
my first question is : will a usa game work on a europe ps4?
which tutorial should i follow when im new in ps4 jailbreaking?

i have some ps3 jailbreaking experience , but its a while ago

it is already jailbroken but i dont know yet what cfw is on there. i need to pick it up still

I have seen users over the years. ( i know i will forget some sorry if you name is not tagged and you help. I intentionally left uploaders and mods out this thread)

I will tag users that are memorable and I would like them to be a part of the community. experiment. I will tag out of top my head since i am at work. Hopefully a kind soul will hear the call and help you so that you in the future you help someone else

I have the ps4 in my possession now.
But I already came to a problem.
The language was set to French and when you set the language to my language, the payload didn't work. The ps4 is coming from England. That's for sure. Because when I reset to factory settings it wants to set London time.
Im now formatting the ps4 and will load another payload. I will show some pics how the payload looked like.

that would be good. please try to be as specific as you can so that our community can help you faster .

example specify: (ps4 fat,slim, pro.) did you double check if you are actually on 5.05 or lower (please check and post below)
is you USB flash drive exFAT ( i use exfat and no problems but there is always someone who will say other wise fat32)
also when posting a question about software post version # example ps4-exploit host version 0.4.5

The pics are not in correct format. So can't upload them. But I can give u this info: the cfw/payload or whatever is X-project 1.5.6, and in the system info I can see it's 5.05.
It's a fat specimen.
There was an app on there called 'remote pkg installer'.
Do I need a USB to load up the cfw?
Because I watched a YouTube video from modded warfare how to jailbreak ps4. I just go to Browser and surf to the address where the payload is uploaded to,right? That's what he shows in on the video though
 
You do not need USB to load the payload. Internet access is fine.

The key is in the DNS settings (see below). You probably cleared the previous internet settings to connect to your own wifi. Since you are confirmed to be on 5.05 already try this.

  1. On your PS4 go to Settings > Network > Setup Network to setup a network. When you get to DNS Settings select Manual and set the Primary to 165.227.83.145 and the Secondary DNS to 192.241.221.79
  2. On the PS4, go to Settings > User's Guide and select it. The exploit selection should appear.
    • You can also open browser and the default homepage will be the exploit selection.
Once you launch Hen, you will have the Debug Settings option back.

Keep in mind you need to repeat those steps each time you power off or reboot the PS4.

Sleep mode will retain these settings, although some games will crash in sleep mode.
 
I don't see Mira when clicking on 5.05. Only infinix,linux & cache all

The settings of this page change often unfortunately

Forget about Mira. You want HEN.

On my jailbroken ps3, I have a fan controller.
Is there anything like that for ps4? To control temperature and fan? Because it's an old specimen.
I searched for it on darkforums but not showing any result when typing temperature.

How do I download the page to load up hen? (because some of u said Mira not use, use hen?) The page that are hosted on the DNS I had to fill in at network settings? Is it just 'save html' on my computer?
I have found an fan controller.
It looks like this:

Any help with this?

hey guys, i have a little problem.
i installed ps3lock v0.9 a while ago
i deleted the app now , but the app still asks for password

???

any help?
