Just Cause 3 bug

I installed Just Cause 3 XL edition but I can very low FPS on actions missiona like blowing bulidings or vechiles
Does anyone face this?

Please do not post of the bug report section. This could have a forum darksoftware of report issue. Not any games or homebrew.
