Install FPKGs on external hard drive using offline exploit ?

so i have a ps4 and it's exploited offline and i don't what you call it but i just open the internet browser and voila it says "you're all set" and it's exploited and i can play fpkgs. now i see a method where i can install my new fpkgs using external hard drive but i saw that it needs a payload using pc and some stuff to work around. question is will i be able to do it or do i need to remove my exploit and use another ? please help. thanks

it work offline before alziz update the menu to a new look . Now only Hen works offline sadly . GTAV mods from Alziz are broken to, my ps4 lags the f*ck out. im forced to use bin loader to use gtaV mods.
