I traded my ps4 for one that was on 5.05, I initialised mine before handing it over.

I stupidly forgot to back up my profile and saved games. Is there any way I can recover everything using a legit PS4? my mates signed in on my profile on his PS4 and all my stuff is there, but there doesn't seem an option to backup the whole profile including savegames to a USB stick.

any idead?

Your post is quite confusing. In any case, the only way to transfer saves is by the official 'export to USB' method. If both of your consoles are activated, it's quite simple.

Mine is jailbroken so I can't sign into psn to recover my profile.

I've signed in on my friends normal Ps4 but there's no option to backup the whole profile and saves I need

1. Transfer saves from your old PS4 onto a USB stick using the 'export to USB' option in the settings.
2. Use a pre-activated profile on your jailbroken PS4: https://gbatemp.net/threads/activated-ps4-profile.513597/
(NOTE: This will wipe your console)
3. Transfer the saves from the USB to your jailbroken PS4.

Currently, this is the only method to transfer save files to a jailbroken PS4.
