OK SO I NEED SOME VERY SPECIFIC HELP:
I don't know if this happens only to me, but after having a CFW for so long and installed and uninstall a game many times, that game could eventually just not start, these happened to me before with sxos with Xenoblade 2, and in atmos with some minor games, this can be fixed by initializing the console, but as far as i know, i can plug the micro sd and use it with pre-installed games from before, i also need to format the sd as well, and with a 500GB sd the process of reinstalling all games is long, so my questions are for those who know much more than I me (which can be very little what i know)
1.-Is there a way to wipe all the data of a specific game from the switch without initializing it?
2.-Is there a specific solution for when this happens?
3.-Anyone knows WHY? this happens?
4.-IS there a way to use the same data on the sd card with all the games installed with the same console after it was initialized?
Thanks to anyone who can help me.

There is no error number trow, just the classic software was closed due an error thing.

I'm going to take a guess that you're using exfat which is susceptible to corruption when you should be using Fat32 which does not. The only difference is there's a 4 gb limit on Fat32 but all you have to do is learn to install your games over 4 gb through usb or ftp to circumvent the 4 gb limit which I prefer to do anyway over taking out your sd card, putting the nsp on it, putting it back in etc... There are several apps that lets you install an nsp directly from your computer to your switch.

You can try to copy all the files on your sd card to your computer, format it to Fat32 using a program like Minitool partion wizard (Windows can't format to Fat32 if it's over 32 gb) and then copy all the files back. But if the corruption is bad enough you may not be able to copy the files and then you'll have to redownload all your games over again because no there's no way to reset a specific game other than delete it on the switch on the sd card you can't see installed games. Although you can try tinfoil I think you can delete certain games with it if the game can be deleted. I would try to get rid of the troubled game then copy files to computer/format to Fat32/copy back then reinstall game.

I use Fat32

Hrmm I dont know then never seen that kind of problem with Fat32. Try to delete the game with Tinfoil.

so many factors are at play here. so i will take a wild guess

many factors can affect games that previously ran well and all of a sudden dont

1) First the already mentioned FAT32 SD card ( it has to be in FAT32 in order to keep compatible games sane)
2) the use of Emulator and retroARCH
3) Playing a game with CHEATS enabled making a SAVE file., then unistalling the game installing it again and try to use the SAME "dirty save file with cheats" in a new fresh install without cheats (this will deff ruin it)
4) unistalling base game but not updates for say US region and then using EUR version
5) using tinfoil and downloading compressed files that are later uncompressed to NSP .
6) installing the game on emuMMC and trying to run it on syNAND placeholder
7) upgrading firmware and not using the correct sigpatches for the new version of atmosphere
8) why would anyone keep installing and unistalling the game over and over again ?

want to completely get rid of a game ? do it from the settings menu- Data management- manage games and unistall. make sure no updates remain.
in your SD card open the "Switch" folder make sure game tittle ID is not there anymore.

Yes there is a way to back up your save data to later use on the same SD card or a NEW one https://github.com/J-D-K/JKSV/releases
is one of the best at what it does.

want to migrate to a bigger SD card ? you can clone the SD card to a bigger SD card with ANY cloning software and it will work as long as both are the same format.

feel special my friend ? well you are the only one person reporting that in a long time

Update: i just read your other thread. with streets of rage 4 DLC.
what would really help your case would be if you provided the firmware ver.>>sx os or AMS>> version of game you are using >> have you updated the game in order to be able to use the DLC>>> so many factors i am just shooting in the dark here
