I have the aio updater on my switch which currently has ofw 13.0.0 and ams 1.1.1. When I try to update to the latest ams it crashes when asking if I want to remove sysmods and the error is 2349-0008. How do I update to the latest ams and ofw with this updater? Im using this because I hoped it would make things easier.

I just downloaded the latest aio updater from github and did exactly as you suggested and it still is crashing when updating ams
I try to update atmosphere and I get to a point where it asks " would you like to delete all the custom sysmodules startup flags? This will turn off all your sysmodules and prevent crashes if you have sysmodules that do not support the latest atmosphere" I select yes then it crashes and I have to restart the switch
