Hey guys i'm a noob, but thanks to this site i've been able to update my console with the 5.05 exploit and even downloaded a few games. With that being said im having issues with how to download via google drive. Can one of you guys help me out please?

Use a download manager like jDownloade2. It'll take care of that for you.
Sometimes there is too much traffic on one file for google and it will temporary block access to this file. Most of the time this temporary block is lifted after 24hrs. Then one can download the file again. Thats on Googles side and you can do nothing against it.

The only thing you can do witch i have tried and works, Is use your mobile phones hotspot.
1. Use CCleaner [This is a must for it to work right]
2. Close JDownloader 2
3. Connect up to your hotspot
4. Start jDownloader 2
5. Let download start wait about 5 mins
6. then connect back too your original connection and not the hotspot. [Must do this with the quickness squirts!]
7. jDownloader 2 should resume downloading without the 24 hour ban.
8. Profit?
