Not all games depend on an engine that can be converted and ported to PS4 and PS5. Both PS4 and PS5 need a GNF format to recognize.

UE4 nad UE5, and Unity are easy to port mods to PS4 and PS5, the house built-in of the engine is not open source and will be difficult to port unless you need to do reverse engineering
