FW Update Prompt to 5.55

My PS4 keeps prompting to update to 5.55 and gives me the two options, now or later. How can i delete this update? I`ve tried using filezilla but the update folder doesn`t have the .PUP file in it.

I used to have this prompt too. I configured my network settings to use Al Azif's DNS

Primary DNS to 165.227.83.145 and Secondary DNS to 108.61.128.158

, and I then ran update blocker. Then I did a restart and the message dissapeared for me.
