Any more people that loves to Cook, and grow their own Chillies and such?

I am a huge food buff and just love the Thai Cousine... also i like to grow my own chillies and make hotsauce from them... (Mostly fermented)

Love Thai kitchen too, spice nerd as well! What's your favourite one? and blend? Mine is Sumak. a Turkish/Arabic beryy powder, great for a zeisty taste and for hot stuff nothing beats a BBQ Tandoori Hot Spice mix!
