Error CE-35659-8 during official Game-Update Installation

Hello,

i Downloaded for my CUSA-00207 Game (Bloodborne, on a Disk) the latest patch on https://www.orbismodding.com/
there the Patch is seperated into 4 pieces. I downloaded all of them, and merged them into one pkg using this tool:

when i tried to install the finished pkg , this error always occured: Error CE-35659-8

can someone help me and explain, what i did wrong?
google says this Error occurs, when you trie to install an offical pkg, not an fake pkg. But i have the original Game installed via Disk, so it should work fine.

When you merge the split pkg, check the output pkg to make sure it's not corrupt. Then copy it to your USB, and again, make sure it's not corrupt. Once you verify it's good, try installing on PS4 again.

Tried installing NBA2k20. Initially it was split pkg files. Did merged the files using PKG Merge. But having the same error when trying to install it on ps4. Please help
