1. exploitd your ps4.
2. install ps4-explorer and navigate to
/user/system/webkit/webbrowser/appcache/
you will see
ApplicationCache.db
backup all file in this folder to safe place.
delete all file in this folder.
3. copy usb offline host to this folder and rename to ApplicationCache.db.
you can use ps4-explorer copy file from usb or ftp to your like folder.
I prefer /user/home/.
4. some offline cache will run from www or User's Guide/Helpful info.
I provide some 505 host to your test.
