advice about nsp files wont start require software update

i have got 2 games that do this
mario kart 8
and
pinball fx3
i know i done another post about this i just want to know i had these games installed before i hacked my switch could that have something to do with the problem im having?
 
Software update mean you need to install the update for the game too

i just reproduced everything on my switch with your exact same atmosphere and CFW and this file african uploaded
it should be able to work,
