Accidentally deleted all game saves

I stupidly deleted all my game saves and don't have backups of them.
I am trying to recover them using hard drive recovery software but have no idea
where the saves could be.
There are 130 .swf files, could that possibly be the game saves or does anyone have any
idea of how I could possibly recover them?

You cant recover deleted saved game files from a ps4 hdd using any recovery software. I'm afraid to say but you're out of luck AFAK.

Lol this happened to me when i was using hen + mira. This is why you must always make a backup

"To restore the db just ftp into the /system_data/priv/mms/ directory and upload your backup copy."
