Hello i new on this site and i dont know how works "Game Mods" on 5.05 expolit because when i open this i see probably trainers i dont want to risk without knowing how this is works and sorry for me english can some one tell me how works some of this trainers

Something like you need to use netcheat and learn programming C# or C++ after you become a skill/knowledge creative an RTM-Tool for a trainer possible.
RTM = Real-Time Modding.
