    INSTALL FPKG FROM PS4 INTERNAL HDD

    Hi, first of all sorry to post in this topic but i'm new here and don't know where this should be. I want to know if we can install PKG by transferring it to ps4 internal hdd from pc any step by step tutorial will be appreciated.
