This mod replaces the video files featuring Tifa in her tour guide outfit which were updated in the latest patch to censor it (or make it in line™ with the CCR and Rebirth version of the outfit!) 4 years after the game's release.
To install: extract the Movie folder to FFVIIRemakeIntergrade\End\Content\GameContents\ and replace all 6 files when asked.
It's not an important change in the grand scheme of things but I still think it wasn't necessary and it really bugs me that they'd focus on this when the game has been a stuttery mess on even the best hardware available since release.
