Found yourself a cool music replacement for combat? Or made something yourself?
Only for the music to play all over the place instead of fully, or worse, the combat music
is stuck forever until you save and reload? This mod is for you friend!

Ever since Skyrim, we often was plagued with this music glitch were combat music is stuck
long after the combat is over. In Skyrim however, atleast once the track is done, it will switch to the
correct area music. Starfield? Doesnt do that. Instead, it will permamently loop the current
combat track, forever, until you save and reload a save (has to be manual save).

After a long time of testing, i finaly figured it out. It was the Cue points that was the cause of the issue.
To my understanding, the musics in Starfield was made to be looped in a dynamic way, and the cue points
are there to tell the game to switch track acordingly depending on the situation. It will also let the game switch
to the correct finale. Due to the length difference with the new tracks you installed, it will cause issues.

I also went and removed conditions for the tracks so they will play regardless them being low, med, or high.
I kept the Starborn music as is in that regard and only removed the cue points.

With this mod, here is what it does

:Combat music will play in its fullest.
:Combat music will either repeat normaly during combat, or switch to a new combat track depending on the RNG
:Once combat is done, the combat track will fade out slowly, and once its gone, will switch to the music fitting for the area you are in.
:Remvoved the finale tracks from all combat tracks as they become useless.

There are a bit of a quirk with the mod i havent been able to fix but souldnt be much of an issue.
When you enter caution mode after combat (like trying to hide from the enemy) this and ofcore hidden always causes
combat music to stop and fade away. During that fade, its possible for anotehr combat music to start playing if you
enter combat to quickly. But despite that, the previous track will continue to fade while the new track plays.

---Installation---

Simply drop the CombatMusicFix.esm into data. Then activate the mod via creation menu, your favorite mod manager, or
like me, via plugin.txt

You know the mod is working when you notice your custom combat music doesnt get stuck anymore.
