Modular edit of "Rapi outfit" (Elysion Combat Uniform) to remove either the gloves/bandolier/dangling belt strap (or several of them)

Installation:
- Choose the version you want and open its folder until you find three files (.pak, .utoc, .ucas)
- Drop the 3 files into your ~mods folder (create the folder in StellarBlade\SB\Content\Paks\). Yes, with the ~

- I may make new variants that remove the big belt (would go from 7 variants to 14, pain)
